About me:

English woman living in Spain, widowed for over 10 years and with 3 kids about to leave the nest. Very young at heart and in outlook, I've dedicated too many years to bringing my kids up and now I want something for myself. I am loving, affectionate, broad minded, I have a good sense of humour though slightly offbeat. I love any sort of music from the classics to rock (my degree is in music), I'm a total nerd spending far too much time in front of the pc monitor which is my main source of relaxation at the end of the day. I'm not really a bar or club person though I enjoy a good meal and a night out in good company. I have a menagerie of cats and a dog. I have a total shambles of a track record when it comes to relationships but I still believe that I can meet someone honest and loving, for friendship at first and maybe for something more if things go well.

Looks aren't that important, what matters to me is an honest and straightforward personality, above all a guy around my age who isn't ready to sink down in the sofa yet! However I prefer someone well built and taller than myself. I am looking for someone active, educated, funny, no prejudices or hangups, who looks after himself but isn't a health freak either.
