About me:

Hi! I'm a 23-year-old English Major who couldn't get enough during my undergrad so I'm moving to Scotland in September to work on my Master's degree at University of Glasgow! I can be kind of shy at first but I open up once I'm comfortable around people. I like video games, punk rock, 19th century Russian novels, chivalry, playing the piano and guitar, existentialism, Zen, kung-fu movies, and chocolate.

I'm very easily entertained and pretty low-cost maintenance I guess you could say. I'm a little spontaneous and a little indecisive but once I make up my mind that's what I do. I'm passionate and ambitious. A couple of things some people like to know up front: Religion/Spirituality: I guess kind of a Christian+Buddhist blend. I value spirituality over religion and its labels. I don't belong to any church right now but wouldn't be against going to one that was good. Kids: I can't have them and don't really want them, sorry. I MIGHT consider adoption with the right person, but mostly I just don't want them. So if you want to have kids, please don't waste your time. Looking for: NOT interested in hooking up, short-term, etc. If it doesn't work out, it doesn't work out, but I'm really only interested in meeting guys who are looking to commit to someone someday.

Mostly I am looking for someone who is loyal, honest, passionate, and maybe a little chivalrous. I'd like someone with Christian(ish) spirituality--it's the spiritual part that is more important than any particular flavor of religion--and someone who doesn't really want children. It'd be cool if you were taller than me (5'9") but definitely no deal-breaker if not. :)
