About me:

I'm a physically active 46 year old who enjoys working and playing. I consider myself an optimist and look for the good things in people. I was raised in a strong, loving family and value that enormously. I was divorced over a year ago. My ex and I have a good working relationship in sharing the raising of our two wonderful girls, 13 and 17. I love personal and team sports. I run, mountain & road bike, snow ski and board, water ski, softball, tennis, golf, volleyball, soccer, and more. I am a Process Engineer at a large company so I get to enjoy a job (mostly) where I can help manage and improve processes. Personally, I'm a extrovert who has deep feelings and those are important to me. I love it when people perform Random Acts of Kindness and Pay It Forward. On the flip side, I'm very concerned about global warming, animal extinctions, and hatred.

I'm looking for:

I'm interested in meeting a person who if we click, if we truely enjoy each other's company and clearly share many interests, may jointly decide to pursue a romantic long term future together. I hope to meet an extrovert who is not shy about showing her feelings and having fun. An active physical life is important so height and weight proportional (HWP) are important. You have to be an honest, open, and warm person who is comfortable with who you are. I'm more comfortable remaining single than dating someone who is not true, not honest, is a control freak/perfectionist, or is in it for the money. A college education is important (not mandatory) including a steady professional career. You'll have to be comfortable with my two girls. And I would expect you to have the same expectation of me if you have kids. I guess that's enough... and please don't read more into this than what I meant...perfection's NOT required.
