About me:: Hi,I am an independent, newly single, SoCal native who is looking for new friends.I'm 45 (25 on the inside!), 5'5, Blonde w/Blue eyes. I'm just having a look after spending most of my life in two long, committed relationships.I have two great kids(14 & 24)only 1 still at home part-time, and a life that I'm pretty content with. I'm not looking for just anyone. A few years ago, the fortune in my cookie said, "BETTER ALONE, UNATTACHED, THAN UNSUITABLY MATCHED!" That profound statement has never left my thoughts! I miss chemistry and passion, but I am completely fine on my own until it finds me....

I enjoy doing ANYTHING at or near the beach. Like to hear live music, especially if it's Morrissey, The Cure, Echo & the Bunnymen, Badly Drawn Boy,She Wants Revenge or Coldplay! One of the most important things in life is to laugh, so I like to catch a good comedy show now and then. Love travel, museums and theater or to stay home, open a bottle of wine and watch an indie or foreign film. Would love to meet new friends to do these things with!
I'm looking for:: My ideal match would be someone who is smart, honest, has great eyes and a British accent(not required!)
