About me:

My name's Mike and I'm a 28-year-old teacher. I'm a pretty open person as long as I'm not getting into something extremely dangerous or illegal. I am a bit sensitive and I'm compassionate to others. I actually DO care even if it isn't my problem (more people should try this). I love martial arts and have been studying it for over 20 years. It's basically part of who and what I am. I also love t.v., movies (just saw the Wolverine: X-Men Origins movie recently. Good, but disturbing. Really makes you think.), exercising and video games. Teaching is an awesome job if you have the right personality for it. I try to set a good example for the students because many of them come from homes where they don't get that sort of thing or they have teachers who could truely care less about them (ugh). I hate rude people, JUDGEMENTAL PEOPLE, shallow people, stuck-up people, racist people and especially people who lie for almost any reason. I actually have the symbol for truth and honesty tattooed on my arm for that very reason (see above pic). However, I do have my bad moments like anyone else, I'm not perfect by any means. I'm not too picky I guess. Just looking for a girl who's HONEST, open minded, motivated and who takes relationships seriously. I'm so sick of girls who don't take dating seriously and seem to think that nobody's feelings matter except their's. I won't tolerate gold diggers and I can spot one of those bitches from a mile away (I study psychology) and you'll be sent on your way with GREAT hostility. I also think personal hygeine is very important. There's nothing sexier than a girl who takes care of herself and does her hair and nails up and dresses nice. A tattoo in the right spot doesn't hurt either One of my biggest pet peeves is people not returning calls or messages so if you don't return messages promptly, please don't bother with me. I fail to see what is so hard about taking out 5 minutes to pick up a phone and call someone back or send them a brief e-mail out of courtesy. Even if you're not interested in the person it's still the proper way to handle it. I'm down with single Moms as long as they're into this thing for the right reasons.
