About me: A little about me. I'm a pretty quiet guy at first but I do liven up after I get comfortable with folks. I have long white hair and a mustache (had them for many years). I've been told I look and act younger than my age.
I'm pretty laid back and don't take many things too seriously. I am Although somewhat of a homebody, I do enjoy going out to eat or an occasional movie,play, or concert. I love the sensual side of eating and totally enjoy most foods.
I relate well to animals and enjoy hanging out with them. I read, mostly science fiction and fantasy, but I do enjoy other types of books if they're well-written.
Hopefully, you'll enjoy my unusual sense of humor. I cook well, so you won't need a sense of humor to enjoy my culinary efforts!
I write poetry, but enjoy athletic pursuits as well at the poetic--volleyball is something I especially like.
My musical tastes are varied--anything Celtic, Kodo, Twelve Girls Band, Jethro Tull=, etc).

I'm looking for: This is very tough question. I am looking for someone who shares some of my interests but is also diverse enough to have her own interests. Must be vital, with a good sense of humor. Someone who is not afraid to laugh. Someone who compliments me and can also be my opposite.
