About me:

(Hope this update helps.) I’m domestic. Home and family are the focal point of my life. I’m college educated: AAS Criminal Justice, BA Criminology–Psychology, and BA Sociology. I’d like to eventually complete grad school. I’m a Mother. My Son is 16. As a child, he was my carbon copy. As a teen, my polar opposite. I’m a daughter and cared for my Father until I lost him in April. I prefer a small number of like-minded tight friendships over a large circle of diverse acquaintances. I’m deep and often contemplate. I enjoy intellect and debate. I thrive when challenged. I thirst for knowledge. I value authority. Though I don’t succumb to it easily, once someone learns to wield power over me, I respect it greatly. Politically I sway right. I am very open-minded when it comes to understanding, but not so acquiescent with accepting, tolerating, or inclusion of people with values and morals that are in contradiction to my own. I am a Capricorn: prudent, stubborn, pragmatic, practical, humorous, sarcastic, reserved, pessimistic, fatalistic, serious, persistent, reliable, generous, honest, critical, detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and profound. I value loyalty, devotion, and faithfulness. I view infidelity, lying, cheating, and deception as a sincere reason for hate, and would not consider doing such things. I expect the same in return. I don’t let others in easily, but when I do undertake a relationship, I take it extremely seriously. I commit fully, completely, deeply, and view it as a life-long endeavor. I tend to view my male mate as my superior and have no qualms about someday being a subservient wife. I have an unsavory past and each new day is a struggle to overcome who I once was, an opportunity to become the woman I desire to be, and a challenge to somehow balance the two.
