Does Fitness mean to you working out, yoga, aerobics, dancing, hiking, biking, or performing in some kind of sport? Isn't it amazing how well you feel after your workouts? Why? Its called "Endorphins"...those natural opiates secreted from the brain that gives us that natural high feeling within our body. I promise I won't talk any medical jargon / doctor language to you, but I will say that every one needs to exercise regardless of there age. I am a Chiropractor and motivational speaker. I have a really soft heart in the sense of caring about others. My purpose in life is to give of myself to help uplift other peoples lives physically, mentally, and spiritually. I am attracted to that person who takes the time to put the love and energy into there own bodies. Why? Because this tells me that they really love themselves and truly care about there health and well-being. It shows me there true values about themselves. I want to start at the core level with my match, and focus on the important things in life that are intangible (things you can't buy) instead of tangible. Communicate from the heart instead of only the brain. Live life with passion, happiness and good health. Ok...remember I mentioned about that wonderful high feeling?
