About me:

I'm a free thinker who doesn't judge people based on any preconceived stereotypes. In fact I don't judge people at all, we're all different. One thing I've realized is that you can learn something from anybody you meet. I've learned some tough lessons just as recently as a week ago. You never stop learning about yourself.

I consider myself an intelligent person, a person of logic, but also a passionate person. My profession dictates logic, but my soul is about the passions of life. A great meal, a spirited drive down one of my favorite roads, the sense of awe when thinking about the universe, and of course the love of a woman.

I'm aware that online dating is hit or miss and that you ladies have to put up with tens if not hundreds of messages a day from absolute idiots. Because of this I think that many good men such as myself have a hard time getting noticed. Oh well, goes with the territory I guess. All I can say is keep an open mind, don't jump to conclusions and take a chance. LOL

I'm not perfect and neither are you. We're all here because of the difficulty in meeting somebody compatible in the regular "off line" world. Whether it be societal pressure, work, or just plain bad luck. I'm just asking that you have an open mind.

I'm looking for:

There is a part of the profile which asks what type of woman you're looking for. I kind of cringed at this part since as men we love all women. LOL But fact remains that we do have what to our minds eye is the ideal. So I must confess that I love, LOVE, Latin women. I've dated all nationalities of women but nothing sparks my interest like a Latin woman. Something about the way they carry themselves, the fire and passion in the things they do, and the way they understand men. Not to say that I'm not open to dating anybody else because I am. But just like you I have my preferences. Also, I'd like to meet somebody who is free of drama. When I say this I mean the following.
A. Ex boyfriend/Husband still in your life. If you're on the rebound spare me the agony.
B. Baby mama drama. This is self explanatory and usually involves point A above.
C. Gold diggers. While I am a generous man and treat anybody I'm with like a queen, I'm not so stupid that I can't tell when you're playing me. So save yourself the trouble.

These ARE the things I'm looking for.
Intelligence. And by that I don't mean book smarts, I mean somebody with a good head on their shoulders. Someone who can think and do for themselves and has common sense. Sense of humor. While physical attraction is the first thing that we notice, the best times I've ever had with a significant other are when we are laughing our asses off. Don't take yourself to seriously. A good sense of humor lends itself to so many other facets of your life. Passion. While the obvious of physical passion is a given I'm speaking also of passion for the other things in your life. Your hobbies, your work, and basically anything that means something to you. This is very attractive to me. I respect a woman who can convey to me why she feels so strongly about anything in their life.

There are other things that I look for in a woman but I feel those are best left to explore and find out later.
