About me: My friends and family would describe me as a Father first. Then they might say that I’m…honest, reliable, respectful, intelligent, family oriented and a man of my word.
I am kinda old-fashioned. I believe the man should get the door for the woman and treat her as if she’s the best. I believe doing so will make her want to treat me the same. I’m the custodial parent of 2 wonderful girls who mean the world to me. They spend about 80% of their time at my house. Their mom has them every other weekend and whilst she does some things I enjoy are long drives to nowhere just to see what’s to be seen along the way, home cooked meals, board games, watching movies, playing cards, or just hanging out together. I also tend to do a lot of outdoor activities like off-roading, kayaking, rappelling, hiking, and camping.
I also believe that relationships are 2-way and in the importance of showing that special someone in your life you’re thinking about them. This could be anything from a phone call just to say “Hey You”, to a meal waiting on the table after a long days work, to an evening massage, to a spontaneous dinner out, or just taking a spontaneous drive just to escape the daily grind for a while.
I'm looking for: The traits I look for in a woman are honesty, respectfulness, communication, sense of humor, and loyalty. Someone who doesn't take life too seriously but knows there is a critical balance between having fun and taking care of responsibilities. I know who I am and believe that the right person will value my characteristics as much as I will theirs.
