About me:

I'm a genuine/decent guy interested in a long-term relationship. I'm open to friendship as well. I'm diligent, intelligent, competitive, loyal, successful, passionate, world-traveled, fun (laughter is the shortest distance between two people) and a source of strength for others in their time of need (I've been a teacher/tutor, a Philadelphia Breast Cancer 3-Day crew member, etc.). Family is important to me and I'm great with children...when I see others with children, I realize how much I want that for myself, either by having children of my own, adopting children, or accepting someone-else's children into my life.

Music, movies, sports, boating, biking, skiing, exercise, travel, festivals, and Irish pubs are passions of mine. I enjoy Philadelphia (e.g. conventions, exhibitions, sporting events, restaurants, movies), New York (e.g. SoHo, Broadway, Radio City, Carmine's), Baltimore (e.g. Inner Harbor), Washington (e.g. National Mall) and, of course, the shore (i.e. Wildwoods/Cape May!). I often plan road-trips to see friends or experience something new.

I'm looking for:

In short, my "match" is attractive, caring, and sincere (doesn't treat others as if they're disposable). Honesty and two-way communication/support are essential. Since staying in shape is important to me, fitness/exercise is a part of her life. I was married once to a great girl...now I'm hoping to find a life partner. Perceived obstacles such as age, distance, interests, etc. can surely be overcome...too often on this site we lose sight of what really matters.
