About me: I believe life is what you make of it. You take each experience and find what you can learn from it, " what ever doesn't kill us makes us stronger." and I have becomes alot stronger and wiser.
Recently I have been practicing to live in the now and enjoy the simple things: a walk with nature, a childs laugh, the moon & stars, the wind in the trees, my own laughter, enjoying my own company, and the adventure has just begun.
I am articulate, told attractive, have a sense of humor, honest, caring, silly at times, young at heart, passionate, a romantic, optomistic, patient,and spirtitual.
I love my grandkids, long walks, the ocean, long drives, car shows, the theater, a good book, cuddling in front of a fire on cold nights with someone special, slow dancing, popcorn, dark chocolate, a glass of wine, good coffee, a nice dinner out, barbecues, picinics, gardening when I have the space, oldies music ( listen and enjoy most music except heavy metal and rap), and always finding new experiences to add to my list.
I have a grown daughter and 5 grandchildren who live close by, and 1 granddaughter who lives out of state. I spend alot of time with my grandchildren making memories. There is nothing quite like the energy and imagination of children. They keep me young at heart, tho do exhaust me
at times.
I do smoke,I have quit for weeks at a time and hope to in the future. One of these days I will be successful. I do not smoke in my home and try to respect the rights of non-smokers. If this turns you off I can understand, just don't respond. I am a very light social drinker and am not interested in heavy drinkers, been there done that. Not looking for casual sex so if that is your goal, forget it..

Someone that wants to take the time for us to get to know each other. Want someone with an average to a few extra pounds build. Want to feel loved and secure when you hug me. Someone secure in themselves and able to accept a woman who is secure with her self. Romantic, caring, sensitive and really wants to show a woman she is appreciated (will do the same.) Must like children as I am very involved with my grandkids. Must have a sense of humor and be able to enjoy me being silly, funny, serious and passionate.
