I play blues and jazz guitar for relaxation. Love to dance, hike, ride my bike in the Berkely hills, and work out religiously. Love that afterwards buzz and the feeling total viatlity that comes from fully engaging physically, mentally, and spiritually; which is to say that I maintain a lifelong commitment to my physical health, my emotional balance, and my spiritual practice. Meditation and creativity are mainstays for me. I am a serious writer (first book came out in 2001: a fanciful through the trip with C.G. Jung and Lao Tzu through the High Country of Human Nature). Currently beginning Doctoral work in Mythological Studies from a Depth Psychology perspective. I work as an intake counselor for a large mental health organization. I smile and laugh a lot.
