About me and who I'm looking for

About me:: It's ridiculous for me to describe myself. I could write anything here and you'd be none the wiser. You'd learn more about me if I was to write an essay on modern man's fanatical love affair with balls (and the need to kick them, throw them and hit them with sticks). If you hadn't noticed, I'm sarcastic as hell.

On a serious note, my uncle used to wake up every morning, open the blinds and say "another beautiful day". Ever since I learned that about him, I've been trying to live my life that same way, by starting every day with that same simple positivity.

Alright, what else? I'm quiet, but love to deliver timely punch-lines. I love to make others laugh, but I'm capable of knowing when to be serious. I'm thoughtful, but not always politically correct. I tend to gravitate towards interesting, creative people. I'm not an optimist, but I'm not a pessimist. I'm a realist I suppose. I'm not adventurous, but would love to be so. I love moronic comedies and movies with aliens, killers, guns and explosions, but I can also sit through dark subtitled dramas and I've even been known to tear up watching gushy sentimental chick-flicks.

Anyways, all in all I'm simply not a typical guy. I don't give a crap about sports, but I do appreciate the arts. I may lack in machismo, but I more that make up for in other departments.
I'm looking for:: Intelligent, interesting, imaginative if not creative, quick to laugh (especially when I’m trying to be funny), compassionate, and capable of finding beauty in simplicity.
