About me:

In a world where celebrity equals talent, and where make-believe is called reality, I think that it is most important to have real love, truth and stability. Well I guess it is time for me to tell you a little more about myself. I am 27 years old, and pretty tall 5'9 and a bit. I have a daughter who is 2 1/2 years old, and whom I love dearly. I have moved back to the Lower Mainland from Vancouver Island and am looking to meet some new people. I enjoy all types of activities from going out and painting the town, to camping, or just staying home reading or watching movies(Shawshank Redemption, Million Dollar Baby, The Rocky Horror Picture Show). I am not so much in to the bar scene anymore but do enjoy going for a drink. I like any kind of music that you can understand the words to and sing really loud and very bad in the car... but mainly country music. I am a Tim Hortons junkie,I LOVE the coffee. My fave ice cream is vanilla bean, and my fave author is Stephen King. I like Red Dwarf, Monty Python, Faulty Towers, and Are You Being Served. My favourite song is "Into the Mystic"--Van Morrison. Oh yeah!! I am terrified of needles...but I got myself a tattoo. Go figure that one...LOL.. So if this is at all intresting to you then please say HELLO!! Amber

I'm looking for:

I am tired of the relationships you have to work so hard to keep afloat. I want to know what it is to just know the person I am with is the one, and have them know the same. I want to meet that someone who I have no reservations about. That gives me the feeling of ease when I am with them. Someone who can accept the faults I do have and want me not inspite of them but because of them. Basically I just want to meet that person who makes me happy and that I am able to do the same for. So, if and when I find the “soul mate” man that I have just ordered from the universe . . . this is what he will be like. Too bad there isn't a parts number book - and I could just order him. I think I would like handsome in a burly manly sort of way(not Grizzly Adams though). You know the types that take up space, and you can just feel the testosterone on them (or was that Axe body spray?). He would be the type of guy who I can bounce stuff off of – but he understands he doesn’t have to fix everything. He is but a ghost of my future; an invitation to my past and a door to my dreams to come. He is intelligent, worldly – he makes money and is driven, yet gentle. He hugs, loves, opens doors, he smiles, has bright eyes and is physically and emotionally available. He appreciates me, my mind, my art . . . there is a deep connection...He is a thinker and a doer, he can create his dreams – and supports me in the importance of mine. He is secure in my independence and does not smother or attempt to control me. He loves kids and wants some of his own. He loves me for me and is my best friend. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.
