About me:

I teach English and history at a well known university in Wuhan, now for my second year in a row. China has captivated my heart as well as teaching which is a new profession for me also.

I love animals, particularly birds or lost "causes" i.e., strays and such which is how I've ended up with my recent furry friend, Angel, a solid white Pekinese.

Most things in life interest me, but I'm particularly fond of travelling, chating with people, and easy going unless you wake me up at 2 o'clock in the morning unexpectedly. Ha, ha.

The usual things that in society are considered normal. I look for someone who's intelligent, humorous, and sincere, but mostly who has a kind heart. I would be able to know there is chemistry between me and another person if we were suddenly surprised to discover we've been talking for hours over coffee or drinks, laughing, and not trying to impress each other too hard on a first meeting or okay -- maybe a second one when we're both not too nervous about meeting a total stranger from the internet!
