About me: I am looking for a long term, committed relationship. I've been down the road of life alone for quite some time and I'm ready to share this path with someone special. Guess you could say that I've reached the point where I'm ready to try again to share my life with that someone special. Are you him? I have a lot to offer, or so I have been told: I'm kind, loyal, honest, sense of humor, easy to talk to, self sufficient and independent. I would expect my partner, my equal, to have these same qualities.
I love to work in the yard, read a good book, watch a movie, share a meal. I enjoy the little things in life that some take for granted: a rainbow, a waterfall, the sun setting, etc. I used to work with mentally challenged kids for several years until progress moved in and the horse farm moved out. Tried to work with rescued horses, but that in itself, is a sad story.
As you might have guessed, I love animals. I can only hope that I'm as good a person as my dog thinks I am.
I'm looking for: As the song goes, "are you strong enough to be my man?" I would like to find a man who is honest, thoughtful, kind, humorous, and above all else, my friend first. Granted, there must be some sort of chemistry, but I would like someone who can add to my life, not drain it. I don't need or want drama, games, nor players. I like for people to be direct - no one is a mind reader.
