About me: I'm a conservative minded, hard working, optimist. I'm not extreme at anything, I try to find a balance in life. I try to fix problems rather than complain about them. I'm fair, I want to discuss things, not argue about them. I don't even try to control a woman's life or try to dominate them. I keep a clean house but I'm not a neat-freak. I'm handy at fixing things and love to do landscaping and gardening around the house. I love NASCAR and try to watch every race I can. I like Pro football too but I'm flexible about that. I drink occasionally but have little tolerance for heavy drinkers and hard drug users. I don't ask for much, I'm pretty happy with the life I've been blessed with. But I need a special person to care for and fill a hole that was left in my life. I'm looking for something slow at first but hoping to build upon that to find a life partner to blend into our sunset years together. I like simple, quiet things, curling up to a movie and snuggling, or a walk in the park, good conversation, things like that. Thrills and excitement have their place in life too, but in small doses.
