About me: Boy it's hard to talk about yourself... I am almost always in a good mood, love to have fun, joke around, and am very compassionate and care about what other people are feeling. I am old enough to know what I want, have confidence and assertiveness, and believe in myself even if no one else does. I am young enough to try anything, love with my whole heart, and believe in things that to many may seem impossible.
Having lived in Hawaii while I went to college taught me a lot about myself. I also have never had so much fun in my life. I did a lot of surfing, diving, hiking, biking, horseback riding and exploring the jungle, and found a lot of out of the way places no tourist has seen. I love the sun and the ocean, and all that goes along with it.
On the flipside of the outdoorsiness, I watch very little TV but do like NFL football. I also have a cultured side, and enjoy theater, movies, good wine, reading books, and gardening. I love a good thunderstorm, but rain lasting more than a week or two really gets me down.
I have a very upbeat attitude, and find negativity a total turn off. I like people who are healthy, active, and spontaneous, who are not afraid to try new things. I can't stand people who are consistently late, feeling sorry for themselves, or people who gossip. I think of myself as fairly simple but interesting and fun. I hate game playing and consider myself very honest and up front, so if you want to mess with my head please don't respond.
I'm looking for: I like someone who is fun, and HAS A PLAN when they take me out on a date. I like a man who can make decisions, likes the outdoors (no full time couch potatoes please), is confident but not arrogant, and down to earth. I do like men who are fashionable when the occasion calls or look totally hot in jeans and a t shirt. Respect for himself and others counts, and must be WELL MANNERED.
