About me: Not your usual Betty Crocker type although I do enjoy baking and canning, gardening, photography, visiting interesting places and love animals. Really enjoyed off-shore fishing when I was down south and have recently become a NASCAR fan. Most comfortable in Wranglers and Ropers. Favorite foods include Mexican, Chinese, BBQ and seafood. Favorite books are anything I can learn for DIY. Love living in the country and being surrounded by nature, watching the wildlife and just the simple peacefulness of it all.
