About me:: I am an affectionate, thoughtful person, enjoys spending time with my kids, reading, drawing, writing, and arts and crafts. I just came out of a 6 yr abusive marriage with an alcoholic and drug addict. I do smoke cigarettes, I rarely drink and do not do recreational drugs, and am not interested in someone who does. I have a 3 year old and a 5 year old, both girls, and they are my life. I love spending time with my kids, even though they drive me up the wall. I work as a veterinary technician, and am also a full time nursing student. I consider myself intelligent and am looking for someone who I can feel comfortable talking to.
I'm looking for:: "M A T U R E" (but not necessarily boring) I'd prefer someone who does not drink regularly, although for the right person, I can forgive a beer or two. Cannot be racist. Must pass the kid-approval test and the dog-approval test. I have a very large pit bull named Harley that is very protective of me and the kids - if he doesn't like you, forget a second date.
