About me:

We all enjoy the "traditional" things like barefoot walks on the beach at sunset, or being curled up on the couch during a thunderstorm with a fire. But you know what? I think there’s so much more to it than that. Just all the wonderful mundane things that make up our daily lives that are so much richer when shared with someone special to us.

I love to read a book that captures my imagination, ride my bike at the beach, or watch a movie that shows me something I wouldn’t normally see. I enjoy hiking through the woods, taking that one perfect picture (I even had a few published), long drives through scenic canyons or up the coast (where I get just a little lost), writing short stories, cooking something new and working with my hands. I've built a lot of things: A bunk bed and toy chest are the conventional things. The unconventional? Well... Ask me sometime.

I’ve never been one to follow the herd. I am a man of honor, character and integrity, and I am confident in what I believe in.

I'm looking for:

I want the woman in my life her to share her feelings, and be open to mine. I'm not looking for someone to complete me, but compliment me. She is difficult to describe because everyone brings something special and unique about them to the table, but that's what makes her so desirable. She’s confident and compassionate. We have a good circle of mutual friends, but if we are at a party or family gathering, our eyes always find each other and share that inside wink. She isn't afraid to take my hand while we're walking together. And if I tell a really awful joke, she won't roll her eyes ... too much.
