About me: I have a mortgage like many of us do. Live at home with two (grownup) boys and 2 dogs. I am economically solvent but now I do not have enough go to B.C. or the Bahamas every year.
I am not looking for a princess or a globe trotter; an honest, caring woman is more than I will ever need or want. Physically I prefer a person who is not much taller (172 cms) or havier than me (around 170 pounds), I like to look eye to eye and left when I hug. However, on the taller side, I would not have a problem if she does not either.
I am not comfortable around too many people. Movies and nights out (dinner) are in the cards but I would prefer a quiet night at home (I will do the cooking and the dishes). I like beer and red wine (not together though), never got the taste for white wine. I love spicy food (if it does not clear your sinuses is not good) and, I also have a sweet spot for seafood and pasta (pseudo italian style).
I tried to make a joke about camping and beer, and it did not work as I expected. So, I will tell you my kind of camping. My experience with camping is travelling to the beach (ocean not a big pond), spreading a towel on the sand, and falling sleep to the sound of the waves crushing against a nearby cliff and the shore. Canadian camping is just alien to me.
There you have it. Most of my life in a few of sentences.
I'm looking for: Generally we, humans, look inside ourselves in search of the other half. That is what I am hoping for: A person that will feel comfortable having me around.
