About me:: Hello Ladies
First, let me tell you about myself. All my working life I've been an engineer, working in the research & development field. I've been semi-retired for the last 10 years & now I'm fully retired. Being an engineer, I've always been a dreamer. I want to make a difference in this world! I'm always designing & building things to make life better for people. Myself, I lead a very simple life. I grow my own food (veggies & fish) & I'm building an off the grid home. I believe that people should be given the opportunity to be fully self-sufficient, and should not have to rely on the government or other people or agencies.

Well, first of all, she will have to be a dreamer too! I’m looking for a helpmate, not a hinderer! She will have to be in good shape & healthy, as I spend a lot of time building and trying different things out side. I also do a lot of exploring of the wilderness & she will have to be able to do some walking & hiking.
