About me:

About me...well. i've lived in spain since 1993. Love Spain and all things Spanish..live in a small spanish village with spanish neighbours...(not one for following the Brit pack). Have been widowed 7+ years. Have two gorgeous dogs who keep me fit when they take me for long walks in the orange groves. try to swim most days in the summer. Bit of a homely bird evenings...enjoy watching tv/DVds, reading, messing on the computer...meeting up with girlfriends, shopping (well i am a woman!!) ...try to fill my days and keep busy...as to tomorrow..well its another day and i intend to make the most of every minute!!! I have high standards in most thing, particularly moral values and need these to be reflected in my partner. Honesty, loyalty, trust, integrity, honour and respect are core values to me. Personal qualities and character are more important to me than looks, they fade in time so what are you left with. My own integrity is my virtue. It's easy to write these things but harder to practice and I have found this to be the case with many people. Often their own perceptions of themselves differ wildly from the reality. In the end it comes down to being defined by one's actions and time will tell. That's me in a nutshell...what's in your shell?

First and foremost... friendship... Friendships can last a lifetime.. but sometimes relationships can be destructive when they become co-dependent. Independence in a relationship is vital. I want someone special in my life to share experiences with, but I'm deadly serious about it - I want the whole enchilada - respect, honour, love, companionship, friendship, love, lust, passion, laughter all in a very close loving environment. Someone once told me to wish for the stars...you never know...my special star just might be out there!!!
