About me:

I tend to be conservative and reflective, so I appreciate the unpredictable and spontaneous. I find it difficult at times to make the first move (possibly more shy than I'd like to admit), and I frequently end up surfing these personals without initiating contact even when I wish I had. I am honest, compassionate, and fair-minded, with a romantic and passionate streak. I love to laugh and I believe that humor is a necessity of life. While I am into science, astronomy, and Star Trek, I enjoy the outdoors and love to ice skate. I have worked hard over the past year to lose nearly 40 lbs and now regularly work out 3 to 4 times a week. I love to snuggle up to watch a good movie or read a book, but am just as quick to want to get out of the house just to do something. I believe in doing the right thing even when no one is watching. I don’t give my trust easily, but when I do, I am loyal to the end. There is so much more I want to say, (I love rock & roll, going out to dinner, walks under the stars, etc.), but then it begins to sound like all the other narratives here. I believe I have much to offer the right someone, much more than I can describe here. I am by no means a perfect man, (I am somewhat short and my hair is thinning), but I am REAL!
