About me and who I'm looking for

About me:: I live in Smithfield, Va, that is about 25 min. from Chesp. and 40 min. from Va Beach
I'm a 30 yr old single father of my 10 yr old son.
I live in a nice home by myself, have a good job and tend to work a lot to pass the time of not have a partner.
I don't really play the field and not really interested.
I'm smart, funny, down to earth, love family and friends. I believe in monogamy, honesty, true love, and have a ton of patience!
I don't have any drama or baggage and I'm usually the one listen to other peoples and trying to help in some way.

My personal experience:

My grandfather always told me from the age of about 10 yrs old that, " You will never out smart a women"!
I have heeded his advice and have been very successful in not trying to... LOL!
I guess my grandfather was in the dog house a lot!!!

I know that every women has something she puts herself into, whether it be her career, hobbies, her children, or something she enjoys either momentary or the rest of her life.
I think it should be every mans duty to invest in whatever it is his companion puts herself into. These are not monetary things but rather an investment of time, personal interest, and brick and mortar for the foundation.
I believe that every person and relationship has their own personal chemical balance and language that makes them fluent with their potential partner.
This balance and language I believe revolves around what is required to foster a successful relationship whether it be quality time, affirmation, affection, service, and of course surprises!
Quality time being, you and the guys wanting to hang out, and comprising to spend time with your love...
