My intentions are not JUST to get 'laid'. If I get laid, GREAT. If not, meh, the world is round. Right? Life goes on. :)

I'm newly divorced after 16 years of marriage. Because of the economy and bad housing market, my ex and I live in the same house. I'm at one end and she's at the other. We live like roommates and are NOT intimate! If this is a problem, go to the next guy.

(Made it this far? GOOD FOR YOU! ) For years, I've thought it neccessary to please others. Now, I'm pleasing myself. You can't find happiness in anyone else, but yourself. I've learned a pretty face and great body, doesn't always make a beautiful woman. But I do understand your need to feel attracted to the person. You may not think it's fair but that's the way it is.
I'm experiencing more in life. Seeing places. Trying new things. Talking to new people. Sharing ideas and beliefs. Having fun. Making friends. Laughing. Huging people I care about. Kissing the ones that melt my heart. Peeing and leaving the seat down...(actually, I probably won't do that. *LOL*)

My music and other stuff are not considered 'normal', but I enjoy the path less traveled. A 44 year old man + music for 18 year olds. I still play video games, but I'm mature enough to stop when time for bed or the house is on fire...but it better be a BIG fire. *LOL* I'm easy going, intelligent, gentleman, fun. Not a "wham-bam" type of person. I take my time with situations and getting to know someone.

Of course, how much can one say? I'm not telling you everything about my devilish side, yet.
Then what would we talk about on our date? Personal stuff is saved for those with a more "interesting" appreciation for things. If you want to know more, don't be afraid to ask. You'll discover something good and something interesting.

Of course, no one is perfect (especially ME), but one can still attempt to find happiness and find a person as close as possible to one's ideal to share this happiness with. (or buy a $5000 Asia android and quit your whinin' *LOL*)

I realize one HAS to be attracted to the other person, and people have traits, in the opposite sex, that rev their engine. I'll tell you what I find attractive, with the understanding that I realize that this may not make a perfect match. For example, I'm tall so I like tall women. I have a dark 'flare' so I like long dark hair. I have big hands so I like big...Well, this all sounds pretty stereotypical. Right?. BUT... the woman that stole my heart was short, petite, bubbly and blonde (Go figure.). I appreciate a woman who is proud of herself and takes care of herself. If you don't love yourself and take care of yourself, how are you going to love me, and vice versa?

Personality: I'm to a point in my life, I NEED positive energy. She would need to be positive, outgoing and confident. I'm not looking for "Pippy Longstockings" or "Molly Brown" but positive breeds positive.

A woman of imagination, intelligence, open mindedness and independance can be sexy as H3LL.

A sense of humor. Preferably a WARPED sense of humor. *LOL*

I wouldn't right off a sports fan (and we will probably still have plenty to talk about), but I'm not a huge sports fan (Which means, I probably lost about half the women, reading this, right there. *LOL*)

And just like ALL the women, no games unless it's in the yard, on the screen or in the bed *LOL*. I may be too young to die but I'm too old for that. Honesty. If we click, great. If not, just say so. One can be tactful and still tell it like it is.
