About me:

One of the most important things to know about me is probably that despite my age, I'm not interested in "being young." Don't get me wrong, I can definitely go out and have fun (or stay in) but what I mean is that I'm not interested in drinking or partying being the center of my life. I'm intelligent (my IQ is over 160). To be honest, I'm really a pretty simple guy, meaning I want simple things out of life. I don't play games with people either, I'm incredibly honest. I realize everyone says that but I live it. I have tattoos, one being the phrase, "My word is my bond" in Latin around my wrist. Honesty is extremely important to me, which includes never going back on my word. I have very few friends, but that's by choice. I don't bother keeping around acquaintances or anyone I can't depend on. I'm straightforward and I know what I want out of life in most ways. I'm also a huge animal lover, have 3 dogs and a cat. As my job states, I am an EMT, so I am the one who saves your life when you're in the back of the ambulance. I'm not an arrogant person though occasionally I do come off that way in certain situations. I have plenty of insecurities and am the jealous type. I have strong beliefs about what a relationship is, I'm a bit old-fashioned as well (not meaning that I think women should be in the kitchen or anything like that). I do believe in chivalry, I also love kids. This is getting long so I guess I should end it but I'd love to hear from anyone who thinks we may be compatible.

I'm looking for:

Well, my ideal match is basically a woman who I am compatible with really, meaning that we aren't going to run into major conflicts on life decisions. I want to live in a small home on lots of land with no neighbors in site with my family so I would love to meet a girl who likes that idea as well. She must have compassion for animals and be able to happily live with many of them. I do not want a woman whose independence is more important to her than her commitment to a relationship. A relationship is a serious commitment, a dedication to work towards a goal of making and keeping another person happy (which they do in return for you). The bottom line is that I'm looking for a woman who is ready to really commit to someone, not a fling, not hookups or games, a woman who knows that she's ready to settle down with someone.
