I would gladly tell you about all my virtues, but that darned humility keeps getting in the way! Generally, I love music, movies, the beach, travel, bowling, historical venues, museums, zoos, plays, concerts, stand-up comedy, snuggle-up affection, animals (espesically dogs), walking around, dining out, cooking in, and sharing a good meal with someone else just about anywhere. I love to laugh, and preferably not alone, but I have my proportionally serious side as well. If you want a straight answer, just ask me. You can hear what you want to hear from just about anyone else. I enjoy going out and staying in, as long as either is with the right person. On the quirky side, I have long held a fascination with Alaska and would love to see it some day. I love watching storms, especially by the water. I'm an amateur student of the Civil and Revolutionary War. I read mostly non-fiction because I realize that I still have much more to learn (and I'm enjoying the journey!)I'm passionate about my faith, politics and current events, and idealogically, I'm conservative. I love God, my family, and my country, and in that order. I think Buffalo Wings should be elevated in status and designated as its own food group. Irish music makes me downright goofy and amourous. Christmas is my favorite holiday, red is my favorite color, and I couldn't care less what your Zodiac sign is. I'd much rather know what you have to say than what the stars supposedly say. My definition of living is giving. (It's just spelled wrong.)

You mean we're not done yet? Basically my ideal match is someone with whom I am attracted, (and ideally is also attracted to me) and who shares my interests and values. I would prefer meeting someone from Connecticut. I'm seeking friendship and dating for now, while keeping an open mind toward the future. Life is like a see-saw; it may have its ups and downs, but it's still meant to be shared with someone else. I've already had the ups, and I've recently had the downs. (The ups were much more fun!)
