About me:

I am simply interested in meeting someone who enjoys life and all the amazing offerings available. Spontaneity is a plus as surprises make things refreshing though I enjoy kicking back and watching television also as there are particular programs I enjoy very much along with movies. Of course modern technology gives us the wonderful DVR so you may view at your own convenience. When it comes to camping I like to backpack into the forest or canoe and stay on an island. I am one who feels life and learning are an ongoing process so I am always ready for a museum or visiting a site of interest. The Civil War has always been of particular interest to me and I have criss-crossed the South numerous times. I love history and science and in general you will find I know a bit about everything thus making me somewhat a jack-of-all-trades. With that one may assume conversation is easy for me and when a subject of special interest arises I can go on for hours. I am also a musician and songwriter, love softball, and enjoy good company. I am a graduate of The Art Institute of Pittsburgh so I suppose you recognize me as the creative type with plenty of imagination. My thinking is very liberal and I tend to be very outspoken regarding my sentiments when agitated though my sense of humor and generally pleasant, "take things as they come" demeanor usually prevails. I love animals and have a dog and two cats presently. Many of my activities include my children. My daughter was born in July 1991 and my son January 1993.
