About me and who I'm looking for

About me:

Me... I'm energetic and thoughtful, with a sunny personality and quite funny, also quick witted and sometimes intelligent (lol). I try to look after myself - I drink lightly and don't smoke. I have normal length, dark brown hair. I am just under 5'10" and about 12st 6lbs. I rarely sit down as I'm not too good at doing nothing, apart from watching occasional movies with a loud surround sound and enjoying the warm sun setting with a wine. I love to see shooting stars with someone close. I'm ruled by my head in the day and my heart in the evening. I’m a tidy person. I enjoy intelligent conversation and am equally capable of talking nonsense for amusement. I like to spend times at home with a good friend and a bottle or two of wine. I have taken up sailing and own a smallish (26ft) sailboat. Love it! I love to walk on the beach, going to the coast and short country walks. I like hill walking in the cooler weather. I like to make jokes at work. I am philosophical but very light hearted. Both my kids have grown up and left home.

You... I enjoy a partner who can show equal positivity and emotion. Have to be able to laugh. I like someone who won't shut up talking, God knows, I don't! I'm not sure of an ideal date... someone who can swim, pull a rope, pull me? Lol. A woman who wants similar, I think. Like someone who can express affection by spending some time together – such as simply talking and cuddling at home, taking leisurely strolls outside or trips together. It's also nice of someone who can show affection in ways other than just physical contact – such as frequent tickles, constantly holding hands, public hugs and kisses or light touches as they passe by.
