About me: I love hiking and/or going for walks, partaking of nature's beauty and peace, listening to music, watching movies. I paint landscapes and love art and creativity, and searching for subject material for my paintings. I have a calm, patient demeanor. In the summer I often attend concerts in Park City and love live, local music. I would like to travel much more than I have so far. I enjoy the "getting to know one another phase" when I first meet someone, the long soul revealing talks, the excitement of a new world of possibilities. I think young, I act young. I can be kinda shy or quite funny. I'm conservative, yet finding my "inner hippie" as of late. I try to see the best in people and do my best to live with hope, peace and kindness in my heart.
I'm looking for: Someone who feels like they have found a reasonable level of serenity in their life. A person who leans toward the simple pleasures of life. A woman who has gained an appreciation that as we move into the later half of life, finding a partner where kindness, sincerity, and a meaningful relationship is more important than the superficial things we thought were important in our youth. I hope to find someone who will enjoy finding out with me just how good a relationship can be when it is laced with mutual respect, sacred love, joyous laughter, a balance of responsibility and recreation, a sharing of household duties, deep intimacy, and absolute kindness to one another. I've sat quietly in the rugged, beautiful mountains here in Utah, and 'talked to God and listened to the casual reply'. Now I want to do those things and more with a soulmate. That soulmate will have a creative mind, a kind spirit, an above average love for music, laughter will come easy to her. She will be artistic or at least have an appreciation for art. She will be capable of deep thought. She will be a happy person and not battling any depression other than the every day ups and downs of life. She will also surprise me.
