After almost 18 years of marriage, I hope to start the next chapter in my “book of life” and society definitely has some new twists. It’s not like it was when I was younger. I’ve been divorced approximately 18 months and am very interested in meeting someone to share life’s pleasures, laughs, tears, ups and downs. I would love to meet someone by "chance" through friends or family but the world is much faster, it’s not like it was years ago. I'm somewhat shy until I get to know the individual, although my friends will advise you different! I enjoy kayaking and swimming, photography, projects in and outside the home and actually just "doin' nothing"! My hope is to meet someone where there is a definite attraction or chemistry on both sides and see what develops. You should become friends first and the chemistry, if there, will lead you on.

I am not sure if I would marry again, time will take care of that, but I do want a special man in my life to sit and talk with, goof off with, enjoy each others company, watch TV, and to just "be" with each other in the same room; not needing to talk, just sharing quiet moments. I miss sharing my life with someone and hopefully I will meet my future mate. I am not into playing games, dishonesty or cheating. I give 100+ percent into a relationship and expect that in return and I know it’s not always 50-50. Life is too short for head games and I want to make the most of my life, and maybe it will be you.
