About me: I tend to be very quite if I don't know someone. After I know someone better and feel comfortable with them I'm more open and friendly. I'm generally open to new experiences if I'm with other people but I tend to go with my old favorites if I'm by myself. Usually I go to movies, play computer games or read a book. I like action adventures, comedies, and romances whether it's a movie or reading. And while I like to watch some science fiction I sometimes need the technical aspect explain. I tend to look away from violent movies, games, and books because I feel there is enough violence in the world. I used to love to play tennis in high school but it's kind of hard to play when no one you know can play. I'd love to get back to playing it someday. As far as other sports. I'm not a fanatic about any of them but I don't mind watching and learning about the teams. My work is very important to me and I tend to bring it home with me. I also get very excited when I discover or learn new ideas and techniques that involve my work. I think one of the biggest ways of discribing who I am is to know about how I went through school. I put myself through college by working full time and going to school part time. It took me 9 years to get my bachalors degree in early childhood education but I worked in the field for most of that time and when I finally graduated I had no student loans to pay off. Another big part of my life is my family. I have a very large extended family and we are very close. There's not a month that goes by that I don't spend time with some one in my family. One of my longest dreams is to do some traveling around the country and abroad when I'm more financially sound.
I'm looking for: I'm looking for a self reliant man. Who is kind, understand, and knows what he wants out of life. I would like him to have similar interests as I do. He can be interested in sports but I don't want it to take over his life. I would like my match to enjoy traveling for time to time or at least be will to consider it. My match would definitely want kids and be comfortable around them and a large family. Physically I would like someone who is of average height and weight. A few extra pounds here or there is okay, also. I generally gravity toward men who have darker hair. Most important he would have to be willing to listen and compromise from time to time.
