About me:

If you are reading this because I sent you a message, then I must have found something unique about you...

So what makes *me* unique? Well, there are lots of nice guys out there who are honest, warm, witty, well traveled; but perhaps my mix also includes intelligence, passion, and a wicked smile?

I am growth orientated, of myself, those I coach, and also as a teacher and a researcher. In addition, I am 'hands on' and good at improvisation, for example, you might find me swapping a pair of hydraulic disk calipers on my car in the morning, writing a research journal article in the afternoon (well, perhaps not the whole thing!) and thrashing the hell out of a go-kart in the evening (hopefully not because stuffed up my car repair). So, I am down to earth and also not (huh?)

I am a little bit challenging at times, but this is easily offset by my lovable-ness :) I am good with people, perhaps even charming, but also well known for being fiercely loyal and faithful. I often make people laugh.

Beware: I am not very rule-bound, and this can make me a tad bit dangerous... so you would need to be able to withstand a little bit of teasing. I am attracted to people who can stand up to this and poke fun at me. I enjoy witty, playful, banter. That said, I can be serious when I need to be.

I enjoy my work (its more than 9-5), but also find fun in the simplest of activities (camping, bush walking etc). So, in short, I work hard, play hard (God, is this sounding like a Solo-man commercial?). I am fit and active and run / work-out regularly.

Oh yes, originally being a POM (now Australian) I have a fancy accent and might not be able to growl as loudly as you ozzies and kiwis

I'm looking for:

She has vision; high emotional intelligence; is not needy or desperate; is sharp minded; soft heart; flexible and playful. Able to laugh at my flaws (plenty of material) and her own (let's find out). Slow to commit, but commits strongly. Able to stand united.
