About me: A grey bearded motorcycle rider, well-read, literate, also interested in photography, music (blues and rock) university educated, spent 20+ years in newspaper journalism, interested in politics although often disappointed by the system and its 'so called' stars. Musical tastes include Steve Earle, the Rolling Stones, Grateful Dead and Sue Foley to mention a sample of the cds that I have that are high rotation. I drive a truck and got back into motorcycle riding eight years ago when I decided it was basically now or never. Have been published as both a writer and photographer and would given a good opportunity like to do more of both. Have not had a significant other in my life for some time and know that special relationship is something I miss. I do consider myself 'a romantic' but not in the gushy sense of the word.

An interest in motorcycles would be a plus, and if she rode herself that would be a real plus. Not really looking for any high maintenance woman who expects me to drive up in a Porsche, wearing a rolex and take her to the Islands for Christmas. Good conversation is a key. A great date can be just sitting and having coffee and talking.
