About me:

I guess my best features would be my eyes or my smile, although I have heard the occasional "nice butt!" I am above average in height and hopefully not above average in weight. It's difficult for me to spend time talking about myself without feeling conceited. I know myself very well and it's rare to find someone who doesn't like me, so I guess I'm ahead of the game. I'm very affectionate and passionate. If you get the willies from occasional harmless PDA, then you may as well move on to the next profile. I treat the women that I date as I want to be treated myself, so please don't mistake my kindness for weakness. If someone starts playing games with me I tend to bail first and ask questions later. I love to cook, but don't do enough of it because cooking for one sucks. I'm a strong believer that he who dies with the most cooking gadgets wins! Good thing I don't have a bigger kitchen or things could really get out of hand. I love all kinds of food, and pretty much anything that involves food. Fortunately for me my metabolism still works well, or I could easily eat my way up a few waist sizes. Don't be surprised if I try to con you into wasting the majority of a day wandering around a food festival or going wine tasting somewhere. I’m one of those guys who may at first seem too good to be true, but I’m very real. I don’t put on a façade, so what you see is what you get. I’m an open book with a bit of mysteriousness on the side. I’ve led a very full life so far, and have a lot to share with “that special someone”. I’m a firm believer that you can learn something from everything you do and everyone you meet. What you do with that knowledge is what makes you who you are. Age is not chronological, but is based on your life experiences. I’ve met a lot of people who are younger than me but wiser, as well as older and less mature.

I'm looking to meet someone to enjoy spending time with. Honesty is always the best policy, and good communication skills take a close second. The qualities I’m looking for in a woman are kindness, passionate as well as compassionate, great sense of humor (or at least one that works with mine), caring, affectionate, low maintenance, animal lover, open minded, forgiving, tolerant, sincere, silly, sensible, not afraid of commitment, sweet and spicy, etc… I’m not expecting anyone to have all of these qualities, but a couple of them would be a bonus!
