About me:

I am a 46 yr old divorced christian woman. I like riding my motorcycle, bellydancing, watching TV, movies or almost anything that gets me out of the house. Like being outdoors, hiking, drive-in movies, flea markets, daytrips... the list goes on. Keep myself busy with my son, his wife and my grandbaby, playing with my dogs (who are my babies), avid animal protection advocate and self proclaimed rescuer.
I have been divorced approx 9 yrs but only started dating recently... with little luck. I'm ready to have a man in my life and wish to actively find a soul-mate. I've lost too much time sitting at home because I'm afraid of being hurt again however... I am not interested in just hanging out to see what happens. I truely believe that when I meet that special someone, we will both know it. I know God has someone just right for me. So please don't be hurt if I don't feel that click. I won't be hurt if you don't either. When its right, God will make sure we both click.
I am a christian but I work 7 days a week so I don't get to church as much as I would like. This also makes it difficult to cultivate a relationship. I may be a bit shy and skittish at first but thats because its still so new to me.

I'm looking for:

I'm miss everything about being with a special man. I'm ready for romance and sitting on the front porch holding hands and snuggling on the couch while watching tv or walking by the river and talking for hours... I have plenty of friends to hang with... I want someone special who will text me after work just because he misses me. Or wakes up in the morning thinking... damn, I hope I see her today. Every woman loves flowers and going out to dinner but I love a picnic on the river or wildflowers you found along the side of a road. Rather than a rock on my finger, I would rather see that quirky rock you saw in the driveway that looks like a duck... or that funny-looking bottle thing you see in flea market... I want to be able to cook a quiet dinner for a man and let him know how much I appreciate everything he does. Everything from fixing a drippy faucet to making me feel safe. I WANT TO LOVE AND BE LOVED!!
On that note... I will not be part of an online harem or sit on the sidelines while you wait to see if something better comes along. I am a one-man-woman and I want a one-woman-man. But so far it seems that I am asking too much. So what do you think? Am I asking too much? This is my second and hopefully my last time around... I don't think I'm asking too much. I want it all and I want to be someone's all.
