About me:

I have a hard time describing myself...I'm fun. NOT high maintenance, flip flops, tank tops and jeans (we live in AZ right?) Laid back, like new things, new restaurants, new places to go. Just started hiking again since it is "winter" now! I'm not your stereo-typical Scottsdale Barbie doll. I'm down to earth, non pretentious, and love to laugh. A night out on the town exploring or a back yard bbq... either way I'm a happy girl. I love to swim and lay by the pool. My sister is my best friend. I'm originally from the Seattle area, but had to leave the wet and gray! Don't worry, I don't wear socks with my sandals! I'm fun loving, outgoing, dependable and independant. I'm a great listener, non-judgemental of others views or ways they choose to live. I love to talk about everything, and I am open minded to others points of view. I like trying new things, going new places, I'll try almost anything once. I don't like drama, or dwelling on the past, it seems unneccessary and a waste of time. I love laughing and and getting to know new people! I have a daughter who is twelve, she is of course, number one in my life and just a ball of energy...my cheap entertainment at times! I like to be in groups of people or one on one. I'm comfortable playing pool in a dive bar, or having a nice dinner, or driving in a car exploring new places. I am looking to make new friends and meet people, and if I'm lucky...meet a man that is as in to me as much as I am in to him. I am a full-time mom during the school year, which can make it difficult to date, (I have days off about once a month) but my motto is "Where there's a will there's a way!" I am a jeans or shorts and tank top and flip flops girl...but I can dress up if necessary!

A man that is confident, not cocky, there is a fine line.... independant, honest and straight forward. A man that pays attention and is attentive. Someone that is true to his word. I don't want to change anyone...I am looking for someone to like me for who I am...faults and all...and that man will get the same in return. Ideal mate = a good listener, enthusiastic about life, respectful of me and my time, funny, happy, stable. Someone who can carry his end of the conversation with me. A man that can plan and cook is a bonus, I love watching a man cook. Honesty is best in ANY relationship, friends or more....
