Originally from Belfast, I returned home from Canada after 22 years working in construction. I am now located in the beautiful West of Ireland and live in a traditional cottage on the shores of Galway Bay.

I also have some practical talents that most women would die for in a man. For example, I enjoy going grocery shopping together and will push your shopping trolley - just so you don’t have to. And I recently taught myself how to cook, and fast too. I found that when I put everything in the oven (even frozen stuff) and just crank-up the heat, it will always be ready when the smoke detector goes off. My speciality is serving breakfast in bed. I make delicious scrambled eggs; they will leave you totally speechless, but only for a few days. And that's not all - I can even guarantee to change the oil in your car in ten minutes flat. (Sorry no oil changing on dates.)
