About me: I asked my friends to describe me and apart from a very bold boy who is now sadly deceased, for being a little negative, it was all really good stuff. Apparently I'm just a little bundle of wonderful. The guys told me I am a great cook(secret is to feed them when either starving or drunk) and a great baker of breads and cakes(same secret as before). Funny how the guys make food such an important positive point for me....
The girls being the best lovely dovey girlfriends a girl could wish for(and that every girl should have) pointed out all my flaws but then told me they loved me in spite of them.... it only took three bottles of red wine to reassure me of this...
The children I work with adore me but again, I control their food intakes and where food is involved, often the heart follows....
I looked in the mirror and I asked the cheeky looking redhead there what she thought. She pondered momentarily then gushed forth...
She told me to mention my devilish sense of fun(although I'm not clear whether this is meant as an attribute or a warning)...said I should say that I have a passion for life, for food(ok ok ok, so food seduces me too), for new experiences, for music(tasteful and non tasteful), for theatre, travel, live gigs, days in the hills,on the beaches, reading, wandering around Ireland, cooking, baking, dressmaking, jewellery making, glass painting...Then she said, maybe just leave it at saying I was a passionate person, throwing myself into everything I do with a childlike enthusiasm. She told me not to mention my somewhat accident prone periods that result in broken bones etc nor the refusal to grow up but what the heck, I'm 40 soon and I'm still 17...
My tuppence worth in, I am a fun loving confident girl, happy in all social circumstances. I mix well with people and people find me very relaxed to be around. I'm very creative and make money from my creativity.
I'm looking for: I like a man to have a bit of get up and go in him, the man next door, just down to earth, normal, cheerful, energetic....goodnatured, throw in a romantic streak(they said ideal!!!!), love a devilish sense of humour. A man who is happy with his lot or if not, taking measures to change his situation in order to be happy. Looks aren't the be all and end all but someone who takes pride in their appearance and are well groomed. Someone who likes a range of social activities and not just the pub although still liking pub and club life a little. A passion for food is good too.....I'm a reasonable cook....the girl in the mirror said so...
