About me:

No blah, blah, blah here!!! Very adventurous soul, young-at-heart, Ex-pat, California girl, living in Thailand pursuing wisdom, perspective and joy. Living an uncommon life and looking for an uncommon love. 5 years ago, I unleashed myself from Southern California and the huge engine that drives most of us there and never looked back. I find the world outside the US facinating and it leaves me in "wonder" on most days. I have a VERY vibrant social life and love entertaining. I know the value of a great friendship and invest in these relationships. Significant exercise and down-time are essential to my daily routine...i.e. reading, Thai massage, Yoga & Tai Chi. Travel is also a passion. I just returned from a 2 month Tai Chi intensive in China (Nihao!) and earlier in the year, I spent 5 weeks exploring Nepal and Bhutan (The Himalayas & Everest were breathtaking!) I have an artistic yearning and last fall I spent a month in Florence enrolled in art/drawing classes. Aaaahhhh Italy!! When I'm not traveling, I'm volunteering, fundraising and trying to learn the very difficult Thai language. It's important for me to give back now. Give me the Mandarin Oriental in Bangkok or a $6 night guesthouse in Laos and I'm equally happy. Most of my life is spent somewhere in the middle of these two extremes. I'm very personable, expressive, strong and passionate. My daily disposition is optimistic and I have to compliment my day with the same. My mantra towards life is "think gypsy", however, my LOVE is deeply rooted, profound & loyal! I've also experienced pain in my life which has deepened my character. No super skinny-minny here, but I'm attractive and sexy in my own skin. I feel the possibilities in my life are endless and I can go anywhere and do anything...(and for the right man I would) I'm only encumbered by the limited opportunities of meeting this rare special man in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
