About me:

Passionate, playful, precocious... I am all of these and more. More than anything I am a soulful woman who has learned some of life's lessons the hard way. I consider my life to be a journey... it is more about getting there than about the destination, though hopefully both are enjoyable. I love to laugh and want to explore all of life's opportunities, but half of the fun is having someone to share those with. I want - first and foremost - a friend with whom I can share my adventures... and would love some day to see that blossom into more. My ideal match is someone who connects with me in a soulful way, but who can also cut loose and just laugh at life's little hiccups. I am very big on family. I grew up in San Diego, and my whole family is here so they are a big part of my life. I'm also passionate about growing my career. I'm currently working for an executive membership company and starting my own massage therapy practice, so between the two of them I am pretty busy. Otherwise I love spending time with my friends, going to local events, concerts, the movies, the beach, and learning new things about this town. I'm adventurous (and have a list as long as my arm of things I want to try and places I want to go)... I'm curious and have been known to ask far too many questions... I'm educated and well spoken... I've lived abroad and enjoy foreign cultures... I spend my free time at the theater (I direct and stage manage)... I'm a classically trained vocalist... I love animals... What am I looking for? A gentleman first and foremost... someone who enjoys travel and other cultures, who doesn't mind opening doors for me knowing that he'll get the same sort of respectful gestures in return. I enjoy spending time with people who challenge me to be the best person I can be... intellectually, professionally, personally. I would love to meet a man who is passionate both in and out of the bedroom and who understands that a relationship requires patience, care, great communication, and trust. I'm fiesty if nothing else, and I'm in no hurry to dive back into the deep end of the relationship pool, but niether am I looking for quickies, FWB's or one night stands.
