About me:

I am an outgoing and honest father of two completely different, awesome boys who has a professional career and still has lots of energy for a relationship. I don't want to have any more kids but would welcome your kids and treat them as they were my own. I live in the country, have my own home and I am willing to try many things at least once. I can dress up to look good, but prefer a pair of jeans or sweats and a Tee shirt.

I am looking for someone who can keep up with my passionate approach to life, which doesn't mean I don't love quiet, relaxing time too -- it's the attitude that counts. I can't remember the last time I sat in front of the TV for any extended period of time. I like time for myself and I like being in a relationship and the intimacy and friendship that that includes. Would love to find someone who likes to do and try lots of different things in different places but who still values quiet, romantic time. She needs to be someone who is kind and gentle with energy to keep up with me, or at least try to keep up. I will gladly slow down for anyone, but giving up the outdoor life is not an option for me. When I say passionate, I'm talking about a way of living and expressing, someone who is undaunted by strong feelings, of any kind. That includes a commitment to communication and the understanding from life experience that relationships can be difficult but that the difficulty is well worth the effort at communication. My passion for snowmobiling in the winter months is tremendous and it will be part of my life until the day I die. To have a soul mate that has that same passion would be a plus, but an understanding of my passion is a must. I don’t expect any two people to be 100% compatible, but they must be tolerant and understanding of each others likes and dislikes in life. We all have baggage and things to work on at this age and any relationship is going to require acceptance of that, as well as differences and mistakes.
