Hopefully you would find me caring and humourous.

I am a typical Cancerian although I was born on the cusp with Gemini-I cribbed this from an email a friend recently sent to me.Cancerians-Moody(not really),emotional(yes),may be shy(initially only),very loving and caring(yes),excellent partners for life(...still single at 46... .!), protective(yes), inventive and imaginative(yes,but normally working out how I am going to repair the latest thing that has broken in the house!), cautious(initially), touchy feely kind of person(yes,but not joined at the hip!),needs love from others(yes),easily hurt but sympathetic(yes). I live in the beautiful countryside of Central France and enjoy long walks in the summer with my 10 month old Golden Retriever.

I have recently moved to France from London and am adjusting to the pace of life here but have been coming over regularly to France and Switzerland(where my young son lives)for the past 7 years.

In the process of restoring(I use the term loosely)2 houses in a small French village.

I buy and sell(sometimes)Antiques but keep far too many things.I absolutely love my job and feel lucky to do so.

My favourite period for Antiques is the 17th and 18th Centuries but I like anything that is of good quality and well made.The Art Nouveau period interests me as well.

I do like Art but no particular style or period although I don't really like abstract or modern art.I do like the picture to look like what it is though.

I'm looking for:

No pre-requisites.

As they say opposites attract.

A sense of humour is always a good place to start and I love to laugh and hopefully make you laugh too.

A love of animals too as I do and have a young dog.

Just really to go with the flow and see where it takes us.

I am affectionate and like to show this as well as to receive it spontaneously.
