About me and who I'm looking for
About me:
Mondays - what a way to spend a seventh of your life. Life is all about the adventure. I'm not quite a fire breathing dragon - but maybe her younger friendlier sister?? I am loyal, loving, generous with my time and attention and happy to compromise - so long as we do what I want! My two passions in life are music and cooking. My hero has to be Dave Grohl - he cannot put a foot wrong from Nirvana, thru to the Foos, QOSA, Tenacious D - whatever he has a hand in you know it will just be the best music you will ever hear. I particularly like the American goth/rock scene as a genre and am always listening to something - not much of a TV person. I also enoy going to gigs round and about Glasgow - who needs the Manchester scene (OK maybe a bit 80's there lol) when we have such fantastic stuff going on on our home turf. For cooking I love to experiment and always bring back recipe books from my travels. Mind you, try getting a recipe book in Egypt - rare as hens teeth!

I travel quite extensively and confidently on my own and enjoy travelling both here in the UK and abroad. Love the Lake District in the UK and Malaysia my fave overseas destination. Still got ambitions to go to Goa and will treat myself to that I think for my 50th birthday. As I can talk to the walls, I am happy to travel alone and see what adventures it brings altho it's always nicer to travel with a companion.
