About me and who I'm looking for

About me:

I'm a proud father of 4 beautiful children. A daughter, 27, with 2 children of her own, 7 & 5. She's just graduated college, is genuinely kind, genuinely honest, and a wonderful mother. What more can you want. Another daughter, 16, enough said? :) She's smart and pretty, and thinks she's famous, or going to be, or something. 16, ARGH. And I have beautiful 6 year old twins, my third daughter and only son. There are so many things I could say about my children, but mostly, they have truly blessed my life with theirs. I'm not perfect, but hopefully, I have grown a great deal in my 53 short years, & am a better person for it. I abhor dishonesty, & try very hard to keep it out of my life. I have never understood how, or why, the "game" is played, & don't care to "play" anyway. For fun, I enjoy most outdoor activities, camping, floating, skiing, hiking, etc., & other stuff like dinner theater, concerts, sporting events, & so on. I sometimes travel for work, pretty much choosing when/where I'm going. Sometimes I get to include entertainment, like "The Blue Man Group" in Chicago last year. Absolutely spectacular. I'll go again. I spend a lot of time working (##WARNING##), at home & away, which, unfortunately, deprives me of time I'd spend with my plethora of friends & family on these leisure activities. I do smoke around smokers, but never around children or others who don't. I sometimes drink, party, play pool, ping pong, & otherwise act foolishly on an occasional, & hopefully healthy basis. I spent 20 years in the car business, & loved it. But after all that time, I thought "I could be mowing yards & painting houses, & still have no money, but at least I could see my family. So I did. For 6 years. I was right, I still didn't have any money. I miss the cars, & even the mowing, but I can't imagine doing anything but what I do today. Oh, I just got a new dog. A boxer. Best dog ever. And I KNOW she loves me, because she follows me everywhere.

I'm looking for:

I am, and have always been looking for my partner, my love, my princess, my beautiful. I am blessed to having come close several times, but I am still looking for "The One". "The One" I just can't, and don't want to live without. "The One" that just can't, and doesn't want to live without me. I believe with all my heart and soul that you are out there. My attractions vary, but they do have one thing in common. I like both smart, and beautiful. There's nothing sexier than beauty and brains. Otherwise, it's about truth, and it's about honor.
