About me:

1. Talk about your hobbies:
I race triathlons in the Summer and marathons in the winter. My life is a constant train -> race -> recover -> repeat cycle. Betwixt that, I enjoy playing video games (Guitar Hero, Mario Baseball, and Grand Theft Auto right now) and watching TV to relax. A guy that works out as much as I learns to enjoy his sedentary activities! I have fun on the weekends, but my idea of fun usually does not match others.

2. Talk about yourself and what makes you unique
I'm very goal-oriented. I see what I want, and I go for it. If it's important to me, I never quit. One of those things happens to be finding someone special in my life. While I enjoy having fun, and seem to be more adventuresome than my close friends, I'm a pretty traditional guy with a pretty consistent life. I babysit a family of 3 children 3 nights a week, and have been doing that for a year and a half now. The two youngest both have Autism, and they are "used to me" meaning I'm a part of the family now and couldn't leave if I wanted to! I've invested a lot of myself into serving people with disabilities in the past, and it's made me a much better person in every way!
I was in a fraternity in college, but grew out of the get-drunk-and-party phase fairly quickly. I enjoy beer, but will typically have the same 6-pack in my fridge for two months or so. 3. Your taste in music...
My top 5 favorite bands are blink-182, Brand New, Senses Fail, Motion City Soundtrack and Straylight run. I like alternative and some rock/pop/emo. I readily admit that I like some awful pop music. Here are some assorted others, just as I think of them, to give you a better idea:
Panic! at the Disco, My Chemical Romance, Matchbook Romance, old Limp Bizkit, Linkin Park, +44, Angels and Airwaves, All American Rejects, System of a Down, Boys Like Girls, At the Drive-In, LostProphets, Radiohead, Snow Patrol, Rancid... get the general image yet???

I'm looking for:

Here's a laundry list of things I typically find attractive: *petite or athletic; *short hair (if you can pull it off); *natural cuteness (as opposed to "hot" or "sexy"); *listens to similar music; *exercises and takes care of herself; *drinks socially, but not huge on going out and partying; *funny and able to take a joke; I'm rarely serious; *accents are neither an inherent turn-off or turn-on. I will probably poke fun at it, tho. :) ***With that in mind, every rule has an exception. If you think I'm cool, message me. It's not complicated.***
