About me and who I'm looking for

About me:

Hi I Reside in East Sussex, and enjoy the calm and storm of the Sea; which probably reflects Life too!. I have had the opportunity to Travel (I Dated a Lady of the Skies!), and have also Resided in Malta too. Whilst in Malta, I was in the Cast of the '1565 Show', where I took part on horseback, and did a bit of sword fighting as well. I am Early Retired, although I am supposed to be writing a Book, which sounds rather Grand - if only you knew how much, the writing process fills me with dread. So, about the Man; well, I am 5'10", stocky, blue eyes, and am deemed witty and charming - that's what my friends would say, after copious amounts of alcohol, and financial inducement!. I try to get on with most People, and, am able to converse on many levels, which was very much a part of my former occupation. My Personal situation, affords me a certain freedom, which I very much appreciate. My Children are Grown Up, and are shaping their own lives as Adults. I love Music of all Genres, and have around 8,000 songs on my iPod, so, I should be on Apple's Christmas Card List!. I try to play the guitar, and have put some of my own 'Creations', on a Social Networking Site. I have been pleasantly surprised that they have been played; proving there are obviously a number of Other's whom are as tone deaf, as myself!. Music is the wine that fills the cup of silence - (alas, not mine, but a quote from Robert Fripp).

I'm looking for:

In terms of a Relationship, I am looking for a Lady, whom is grounded, happy, has intellect, and is attractive. It is a cliche' I know, but someone whom despite Life's up and downs, is able to see the positive side, and, is looking to 'retrieve naive'. Without wishing to sound too 'heavy', I am looking for a Life Partner, and feel that I know what I am looking for; so I should really, as I have now reached 50!. I have been fortunate to have gone out with Ladies of varying Nationalities, in respect of which I have enjoyed the different Cultural aspects. I thought I would give on-line Dating a try, as you get thrown out of Supermarkets for bumping trolleys! - only joking. Passion makes the World go 'round. Love just makes it a safer Place.
